Artists who join WEATNU RECORDS get their own Bandcamp label profile. What you sell through our label profile, is shared 70/30 with you. 70% to the artist via Digital sales.

You will be able to use ours and yours at the same time. Where you upload in private any or all your releases, and then set public to the day you wish to release. Whatever you release will be matched and sent to stores as well.

70% to you after Bandcamp receives their 15% in rev, then paid directly to you via your PayPal E-mail.

We are a non-exclusive label, that means no one is tied to any contracts or bound to release only to us.

Upon joining, you will be sent 2 agreements to digitally sign, and then send back to our E-mail for both your legal rights and ours.

WEATNU Records cannot at this time promote the artists music outside the internet, this includes, shows, venues or festivals.

Artists now have the option to be part of our net-label option as well, formed in 2023, where you can release your music free, that’s, ‘free as in beer’ directly on archive.org, and for pay, on Bandcamp and streaming, whatever your choice.

Promotion is done through the artist, Discord chatroom, SoundCloud, Bandcamp releases and streaming releases, this in turn helps the artists of #WEATNU and its community know about the music.

We are not an affiliate with any terrestrial (mainstream) radio.

For the streaming end, we use Symphonic Distribution. The label uploads your music to them and their service sends your music to many major platforms, such as iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal and Beatport.

Anything you share will be matched and promoted on our Twitter and Facebook, including Spotify playlists the label creates from time to time.

Social media is not a requirement to join; however the artist can use whatever tools to get others to hear them.

All rights to you, WEATNU RECORDS never takes the rights away of its artists. You are free to release where you like, when you like according to non-exclusive options.

The right to leave the label at any time you wish, including having everything we upload of yours, taken down upon request, or by default.        

CD option is available, which requires a contract between you and the label; if interested please request, also, vinyl can be created, as an on demand service, we use a company that does lathe cut records.
This is a no-cost option for both parties.
